After you upload your photo, you might not immediately see it on your profile. This is because before we publish your photo on TrulyChinese, we first make sure that it’s genuine and not a stolen one. Please give our team a few minutes to review your photo. Once it passes verification, it will immediately show on your profile.
Go to your profile.
Click Manage Photo.
Pick an album where you want to save your photo(s).
Select Add Photo or Take a Picture (if you have a camera in your device.)
Your photo will then undergo the review process.
To share your private photos, make sure you’re a Premium member. For more information on how to become a Premium member, skip to the next section.
If you’re already a Premium member, you can share your private photos through messaging. You can also control which photos to share.
Click GO PREMIUM on the top menu section.
Select your price option and mode of payment. Then, enter your payment information.
TrulyChinese accepts payments through Credit Card (Master Card and Visa) and Paypal.
For membership cancellations, you may contact our 24/7 Customer Service to assist you in cancelling your TrulyChinese membership.
Click your profile name on the top-right section of the page and select Contact Us
ou may contact our 24/7 Customer Service through email or Live Support chat. We assure our members that we’ll respond immediately to help you with your concerns.
You will have to contact customer support to request a refund.
To do so, go to Contact Us page.
Select your preferred way to reach a customer support representative.

Click on your Profile on the top menu section and select Account Settings
On the Change Emails tab enter your new email address and click Save Changes.
You can still redeem your account if you forgot your password by clicking on Forgot Password? below the login form.
Once you’re on the forgot password page, enter the email address that you use for your TrulyChinese account.
Expect a confirmation email containing directions on how you can redeem your account.
Go to the member’s profile and click Block User on more options.
Once blocked, users will no longer be able to contact you or see your profile.
Go to the member’s profile and click Report User under more options.
Please select the reason why you’re reporting that member. You can provide a message and/or screenshots to build a stronger case.
Then click Submit Report. Your report will then be immediately checked by a Customer Support Representative.
To disable your account, click on your profile on the top menu section and select Account Settings.
Under Manage Account, click Deactivate Account.
If you wish to recover your TrulyChinese account, just log in with your old email and password. All information from your old account will be restored.
Simply log in with your old email address and password and your TrulyChinese account will be reinstated just the way you left it.
If you have went with the option of removing your account in the past, your old TrulyChinese account is deleted for good. You will have to create a new account to use it again.
